RECRUITERS LICENCE
Consultants, Managers and Organizations willing to start a recruitment service in Nigeria are required by the Labor Act Cap 198 LFN 1990 (Sections 23, 24, 25 and 71) to apply for registration and obtain the Recruiter’s License/Employer’s Permit from the Federal Ministry of Labor. We have been duly registered and licensed by the Ministry to function as a Recruiting and Private Employment Agency.

The Human Capital Providers Association of Nigeria is the umbrella organization of registered/licensed Private Employment Agencies in Nigeria. It was established to provide an interface through which government agencies and relevant authorities can effectively deal with providers of outsourced personnel. NIGERIA SOCIAL INSURANCE TRUST FUND
The Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund is the body that regulates and administers the Employee Compensation Scheme. The Scheme is designed to provide compensation to employees who either sustain injuries from accidents at the workplace, or suffer from occupational diseases in the course of employment whether at the usual place of work or outside it. We comply strictly with the requirement to remit employee compensation premiums to NSITF on a monthly basis.
NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME (NHIS)
The scheme established under ACT 35 of 1999 by the Federal Government, is aimed at providing easy access to healthcare for all at an affordable cost through various prepayment systems. The NHIS is the sovereign body for Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) duly registered by the scheme solely to manage the provision of health care services through health care facilities accredited by the scheme. In line with statutory regulations, we ensure that all its employees are registered with our partnering HMOs.
THE PENSION REFORM ACT
The Pension Act established the National Pension Commission (PENCOM) as the body to regulate, supervise and ensure the effective administration of pension matters in Nigeria. The Pension Reform Act also makes it mandatory for all employers of labor having up to five employees to maintain a Group Life Assurance Policy. The policy provides for the payment of sum assured in the event of the death of an employee from any cause, natural or accidental. Oars And D'Wind Company Limited is in compliance with the regulation under the Pension Act to remit pension and also provide Group life cover through designated insurance companies for employees.
CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT OF NIGERIA
With our services largely human resource oriented, we are a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), the highest HR accreditation institute in Nigeria. CIPMN was established as an umbrella Association for Practitioners of Personnel Management in 1968 as the Personnel Management Association of Nigeria. In 1973, it was renamed as Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Finally, Act No 58 of 1992 chartered the Institute.
